Information Collection and Use

By default, RetroBit Icon Pack does not collect any personal information. The core functionality of browsing and applying icons works entirely offline without an internet connection.

Icon Requests

When you use the in-app icon request feature (powered by CandyBar dashboard), some data is gathered when you send the request. You have full control to review and modify what you send before submitting.

The information collected during an icon request includes:

• Your email address (used to contact you about your request or notify you when requested icons are added)
• Device information: Manufacturer, model, product name, screen resolution, and Android version of your phone
• App information: App version and dashboard version
• Selected apps: The list of apps you choose to request icons for, including package names and component information

This information is used solely for processing your icon request and improving the icon pack. All identifiable information is stripped when requests are processed, leaving only the app names, request date, and version information for tracking purposes.

Email Storage and Security

All request emails are securely stored with encryption. We regularly delete request data (typically within three months) once icons have been processed.

Wallpapers

The wallpapers provided within the application are for personal use only. We do not collect any information when you browse, preview, or apply wallpapers.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

1. Google Play Services

• Purpose: Purchase verification and license checking
• Data Collected: Purchase status, device information for license verification

2. Google Play Billing

• Purpose: Processing payments (handled entirely by Google)
• Data Collected: Transaction information (Google handles all payment data)
• Privacy Policy: https://payments.google.com/termsOfService

Log Data

In case of an error in the app, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Your Control Over Information

• Icon Requests: You can review and modify all information before sending an icon request email. You choose what apps to request and what device information to include.
• Uninstall: You can stop all data collection by simply uninstalling the Application using your device's standard uninstall process.
• Email Opt-Out: If you no longer wish to be contacted about your icon requests, you can reply to any email requesting removal.

Data Retention

• Icon request emails: Retained for up to three months, then securely deleted
• Request dashboard: Non-identifiable request information (app names, dates) may be kept for development tracking
• Log data: Retained as needed for debugging purposes

Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our records. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. All emails are securely stored with encryption. Remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. When you submit an icon request, you are giving explicit consent for the information you provide to be used for processing that request.
