1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RetroBit Icon Pack ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. License

The Application is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this license. We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Application on any Android device that you own or control.

3. Icon Usage

3.1 Personal Use

The icons provided in this Application are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may:

• Apply the icons to your personal devices
• Customize your home screen using the icons
• Create screenshots of your setup for personal sharing

3.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the icons
• Extract icons for use in other applications or icon packs
• Use the icons for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
• Claim the icons as your own work

4. Wallpapers

The wallpapers included in the Application are provided for personal use only. All wallpapers remain the property of their respective creators. You may not redistribute or commercially exploit the wallpapers without permission.

5. Icon Requests

5.1 Request Submission

By submitting an icon request, you agree that:

• You are providing information solely for the purpose of having icons created
• The requested app information (package names, component info) will be used to create new icons
• We may contact you using the email address provided regarding your request

5.2 Request Processing

• Icon requests are processed on a best-effort basis
• There is no guaranteed timeline for when requested icons will be added
• Priority may be given based on request popularity
• We reserve the right to decline requests for any reason

6. Purchase and Payments

RetroBit Icon Pack is a paid application. All payments are processed by Google Play Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy. Purchase verification occurs through Google Play Services to confirm your license status.

7. Updates and Modifications

We may deploy updates to the Application that add, modify, or remove features. These Terms and Conditions will apply to all updates unless the update comes with separate terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All icons, designs, and content within the Application are the intellectual property of berlain.ui unless otherwise noted. The RetroBit Icon Pack name and branding are our trademarks.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
